The Center for Tomorrow is hosting its first Future Leaders Retreat at Town Hall: a two-day programme for senior leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and change-makers preparing to lead through a fast-changing world. The retreat will include three practical modules:
FUTURE SIMULATION
An immersive tabletop exercise that places you inside a realistic, fast-moving crisis and asks you to lead through it, using methods developed for national security and diplomacy and adapted for business, civic and public-sector leaders.
LEADING FOR THE FUTURE
A session on building teams, organisations, cultures and communication strategies for the decade ahead.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY UPSKILLING
A hands-on AI session where participants benchmark their AI fluency and build a working AI agent against a real problem from their desk.
The programme also includes an intimate dinner with Dex Hunter-Torricke, the Center team and special guests.

Dex Hunter-Torricke, Founder & President of The Center for Tomorrow
The Center for Tomorrow is a new global nonprofit working to help societies flourish in an age being reshaped by AI and advanced technologies. Through bold research, practical solutions, global community-building, and support for leaders, the Center addresses the hardest questions facing our shared future. Founded by Dex Hunter-Torricke, whose career spans Google, Meta, SpaceX, the United Nations, and Google DeepMind, the Center is built on the belief that progress must be shaped by more voices, and must ultimately reach everyone.
Leadership is rarely learned in isolation. The clarity to lead through uncertainty is sharpened in the company of others, in rooms where ideas can be tested, challenged and turned into something that holds. Town Hall is glad to partner with the Center for Tomorrow on its first London retreat, and to offer a space built for focus, honest exchange and conversations that shape how these leaders meet what comes next.
